Belén Beach – Ocaña

 

MY TRAVEL EXPERIENCE 

 

If you have the opportunity to visit the department of Norte de Santander, you must visit one of its municipalities: Ocaña, and just a few minutes away, a beautiful town: beact de belen, where you can enjoy a very pleasant climate, observe its beautiful landscapes, and spend a very quiet afternoon with family or friends. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.

WHERE TO GO 

Belén beach offers a quiet place where you can breathe fresh air. You can visit the pine trees, a place where you could rest from the noise of the city with a beautiful view. You can bring the necessary things for a picnic. You could go with your partner to spend a very romantic afternoon.

Another must-see place is the Estoraque, a place with large malformations of reddish rocks that invite you to explore. If you have the opportunity to go, you should bring a very good camera to be able to take some incredible photos and without leaving behind the delicious food that you can enjoy in its park, a delicious ice cream, you can eat a delicious rice with pork, and a tasty horchata water.

WHAT TO DO

You could take a walk from the main park to the pine trees and see all the nature.

If you walk through its old streets you will see colorful houses full of history.

TRAVEL TIPS

If you visit this beautiful place you should wear comfortable clothing, you should not deviate from the indicated path so as not to get lost, you should eat and hydrate well if you are going to do the hike, you could bring your own food if you are going to have a picnic since packaged things are more expensive in Los Pinos.
